SIS
I decided to do a photo series dedicated to black women. I called it "SiS" as that phrase in particular means a lot to us as a community. This photo series is branched off from my ongoing series called "Dear Motherland" which is a dedication to immigrant generations from minority ethnic backgrounds. A documentation of how we try to fill the disconnect between the UK and our motherland. A magazine was created to support tis body of work supported by interviews which you can read.
